TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired about potential fines for not reporting their visa status after their last reporting expired on March 19 and after changing their visa on March 9. Community responses clarified that having a new visa does not reset the 90-day reporting requirement, suggesting that the lack of reporting between March 19 and June could result in fines.

The 90 days does run with the visa. Getting 'new' visa doesn't give you a 90 day report, these are separate.
