When should I apply to renew my marriage-based visa in Thailand, given my bank balance timing?

The O/P is on a yearly extension of stay based on marriage to a thai that expires on April 6th 2025.

That means in Bangkok they could apply any time they have 45 days or less left on their current stamp; so from Feb 20th right on down to the date their stamp runs out (april 6th)

They said their 400k baht will be seasoned in the bank account on March 10th so they have no issue going any day after that and applying for their next yearly extension

Okay there is NO rule that you need 30 days left on your current "extension of stay" based on marriage to a thai to get a new yearly extension 🙁

You can apply for a new extension when you have 30 days OR LESS left on the current stamp <- that means any time from the 30th day before your stamp runs out right on down to the very day the stamp runs out

There is no wiggle room in the seasoning, you need 400k baht in a thai bank account in your name only 2 months before you APPLY for the extension.

SO when ever that is you can go apply on or after that date

You're hooped, 2 calendar months is the law. Your extension is till the 6th, for sure? You might be able to get a 60 day extension for visiting Thai family and then reapply from scratch.
