My 90 day is due on Friday 11th December ( Thai holiday I believe) . I thought I’d do it online for the first time . I believe I must do it 7 to14 days before the due date Tod ? I’ve done loads at CW before. This will be the first one since returning from the UK and getting getting my one year non O renewed on marriage .

TLDR : Answer Summary
You can apply for your 90-day visa extension online from 15 days before up until the due date. For your case, the earliest date you can start your application is Friday, November 27th. Be sure to turn off pop-up blockers and do not include flight information in the application process.

Yep, I have been unable to do it since I changed to a new passport, three years ago. Basically they said I needed to leave the country and return on the new passport.

totally correct, IF you change passports inside the country the 90 day online system will no longer work, no matter how many 90 day reports you file with the new passport in person. AND that's because the TM6 arrival/departure card number can only be keyed to ONE passport number and it can't be updated IF you change a passport inside the country.

It takes leaving/re-entering the country on a new TM6 arrival departure card to sort it out.

, while marginally helpful, not one of those says that the O/P can't do a 90 day online..

Turn OFF pop-up blockers, auto-fill, and auto-translate. use the calendar icon to select dates when you can, do NOT put your flight information into the system it is not required.

IF you get past the first page (when you enter the captcha number) and it goes to page two you're on your way to filing online.

Strange,
@La***
, 90 day reporting online and getting a new yearly extension shouldn't affect each other at all.

It's only the very first year that they have anything to do with one another, after that they run on their own.

that's what I thought but everytime I try to do it 90 days or the first time after getting a visa extension I'm rejected. I go down and do it at the office and then after that no problem 90 days later so who knows

you can use the online system from 15 days before (actually 2 exact weeks) down until the due date

SO the soonest you could apply online would be this friday (the 27th).

You use this website link;
