Thank you for your earlier help. It's time for me to book my flight from Texas, USA to Bangkok, Thailand. For best pricing, when is the best time to book in relation to departure date?

TLDR : Answer Summary
For the best pricing on flights from Texas to Bangkok, it is generally recommended to book at least 3 to 6 months in advance. Midweek departures (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays) tend to offer cheaper fares. Additionally, booking early not only secures lower prices but provides more seating options, as ticket prices typically increase closer to the departure date.
Click on Ita matrix - not a booking site but finds you many routes/fares in a 30 day window, to use your flexibility to find great deals. (personally I avoid cheap deals with Chinese airlines but Taiwanese like China Air, Eva are good)
I've made that trip the last 5 years out of Dallas. Usually the closer you get to your flight date, the fewer flights and seats available and the price goes up. Not 100% the case as other things can effect ticket prices, but its usually the case in my experience. You will also have more seating choices the earlier you book.
I left out of DFW on Korean Airlines on a Wednesday I think 1155a flight to Seoul. Layover, then Seoul to BKK landing early Friday morning Bangkok time around 1a (less crowded at immigration at that time)
