TLDR : Answer Summary
A user is experiencing difficulties with the email verification process while applying for a Thai visa online. Commenters suggest checking for validation emails, trying different email providers like Gmail instead of Hotmail or .biz addresses, and resetting the password if the email is already registered. Additional insights include advice from a consulate officer recommending the use of Gmail for a smoother application process.

I’ve had a similar problem well three of us have all of us to say that we forgot our password and then they send you a password to you it does take a couple times to get on their designed by a five-year-old God help us good luck I’ve got there in the end but it took a long time keeps booting you in botting you off 👍
Just checking did it take long for evisa to be processed? 3 weeks before my flight should be sufficent i hope??

Yes with the e-visa you dont need to send passport away so that helps. As im in ireland and the embassy has been closed so london is the closest and that would take ages. Going to book my flight tomorrow and cross my fingers and toes the process is straight forward🤞🤞
It should not take too long. My husband who although, applied online (before this E-visa existed) and had to send his passport to the Thai Embassy, got his passport and visa back within a week or so. I’m pretty sure that you will get your E-visa soon.
