How long does it typically take for Thai Smile to process a refund?
Hello! I've applied for a refund from thai smile yesterday and i haven't received any update from them yet. How much time would they normally take to process the refund? I have submitted a form on their website asking for a refund as per terms and conditions and it said that I'm eligible for a refund after paying cancellation fee. But, the status of the refund is still pending. I have sent them an email but i haven't got a response yet. Has anyone applied for a refund from them before? If yes, how was your experience? How many days would they take to process the refund?

I had my doubts about Thai smile refund, so I asked for a credit instead. That could take but maybe a week or less.

when you call customer service to call in-advance for flight cancellation, just ask for a refund. They will issue you a refund in the form of a voucher.Nishant ************

I had no problem using that voucher when I called the center to book another flight later.

I had paid the amount by credit card so i can receive it within 7 - 10 business days.

you can't expedite the process. And if it actually takes 10 days you'll be lucky as many airlines take months.Nishant ************
