Hello! I've applied for a refund from thai smile yesterday and i haven't received any update from them yet. How much time would they normally take to process the refund? I have submitted a form on their website asking for a refund as per terms and conditions and it said that I'm eligible for a refund after paying cancellation fee. But, the status of the refund is still pending. I have sent them an email but i haven't got a response yet. Has anyone applied for a refund from them before? If yes, how was your experience? How many days would they take to process the refund?

when you call customer service to call in-advance for flight cancellation, just ask for a refund. They will issue you a refund in the form of a voucher.

yes. And this was about 5 weeks ago now and the money just went back to my card

you can't expedite the process. And if it actually takes 10 days you'll be lucky as many airlines take months.
