ORIGINAL POSTERHello! I've applied for a refund from thai smile yesterday and i haven't received any update from them yet. How much time would they normally take to process the refund? I have submitted a form on their website asking for a refund as per terms and conditions and it said that I'm eligible for a refund after paying cancellation fee. But, the status of the refund is still pending. I have sent them an email but i haven't got a response yet. Has anyone applied for a refund from them before? If yes, how was your experience? How many days would they take to process the refund?

when you call customer service to call in-advance for flight cancellation, just ask for a refund. They will issue you a refund in the form of a voucher.Jeh *****
