We have flights to Manilla on 30th November, but would not be entering Thailand until 21st December, we need a 60 day visa, when would be the best time to apply ?????? ( I assume we apply on line)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

60 days Touristvisa is a way better way to go, than 30 + 30.

It’s cheaper,

60 day 1 ticket out of Thailand.

30 + 30 2 tickets out of Thailand.

No need for using holiday time to locate, go to & wait at a immigration office.

Everthing can be sorted from the home office.

Can be extended 30 days if needed, so the stay in Thailand can be 90 days without leaving Thailand.

You can (depending on passport ) enter visa exempt for 30 days and then extend it .... Thats gives you your 60 days

A tourist visa is valid for 90 days from the day it is issued. So as long as you will be entering Thailand within 90 days, you can apply anytime within then.

You may run into an issue though as many embassies will want to see a flight from the country you are applying from to Thailand. You might be able to send them your flight from your country to the Philippines and then your flight from there to Thailand though.
