When does the five-year period for the DTV visa start: at issuance or arrival in Thailand?
I'm getting ready to apply for the DTV. Does the five year period begin when the Visa is issued or when you arrive in Thailand? I'm not planning on arriving until Dec next year.

They say in the Evisa website you should not apply more than 3 months before you plan to travel. It starts from the date of issue
