Hi,

I have a 60 day tourist visa and would like to go for the 30 day extension at the local Thai immagration office. Does the extension add onto my existing visa or from the day I get it stamped? As I have 35 days left in my current visa

You will finish up with 90 days, so yes it is added on to your last day of original visa.

It will be added to the end. Most offices allow you to go when you have 30 days or less left.

Jomtien and Samui only allow you to apply during your last week.
