Hi Everyone. After a few issues I have finally got my long stay o-a visa .For clarification please , when I arrive in Thailand what are the requirements I should do. I plan on retiring and must admit have found all this visa related stuff so confusing . Any help would be gratefully accepted. Thanks.
TLDR : Answer Summary
Upon arriving in Thailand with a long stay O-A visa, ensure you receive a one-year stamp in your passport at the immigration checkpoint. If staying in a private residence, your landlord must register your address with the local Immigration office within 24 hours, providing you with a TM 30 form, which must be correctly completed to avoid fines. Additionally, remember to report your stay every 90 days at the local Immigration office.
