I entered on October 5, 2023 by air, on a 60 day Tourist Visa (with the intention to convert to Non-B). I have now completed the conversion to Non-B dated November 14, 2023 and permitted to stay until February 11, 2024.
The question is do I need to do a 90-day report 90 days after entering the country on my TR visa or does the conversion to the initial 90 day Non-B restart the 90-day reporting clock?
Prior to the TR visa, I had been on a Non-B yearly extension for the past 12 years (non in BKK) and have always had a “Notice” to do a 90-day report stamped in under the yearly extension but on this current Non-B stamp (BKK Immigration), there is no 90-day report notice. And hence the question.
Thanks in advance for the advice.

TLDR : Answer Summary
When you convert your Tourist Visa (TR) to a Non-B Visa, the 90-day reporting requirement does not commence immediately upon entry on your TR visa. You will need to perform a 90-day report based on the date established when you apply for a yearly extension or any relevant update regarding your Non-B status, as indicated by immigration authorities. A notice will typically be issued during the yearly extension application outlining when the first 90-day report is due.
