sounds like they will be, I know the Thai Embassy in Vienna at least has stopped issuing CoEs for now on that basis.

Non B and school will assist with paperwork for that.

Few options for coming in quarantine in bangkok or one of the sandboxes.

There are loads of groups specifically for teachers in Thailand that will give you more up to date info
