Hi everyone,
Ive recieved great help from people on this site.
Im applying for non imm O based on marriage, ive got all the forms except my bank letters which ill get around 28th Dec when my 4 00,000 has matured for the 60 days
I see you need two bank letters , i did get a receipt letter when the money was put in on the 25th October.
Will that letter be ok and then get another when its matured saying its all still there?
Im worried as my brother put the money in my Thai account and just want to be sure as ive got it right this far.
Its my money but my brother put it in as i had to reopen bank account when i arrived , and wasnt sure about how to do it.
Thanks for any help and apoloogies if its a stupid question.
Thanks again everyone.
Andy
TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is applying for a Non-O visa extension based on marriage and is seeking advice about required bank documents. They have one receipt letter from their Thai bank for a deposit made by their brother, and are unsure if it's sufficient along with another letter once the money matures. Community responses clarify that since the user already holds a Non-O visa, they need a bank letter confirming that the funds have been in their account for at least two months before applying for the extension, and that the source of the funds does not matter as long as they are in a Thai bank account.
