TLDR : Answer Summary
The discussion revolves around the search for travel insurance that meets COVID-19 coverage requirements for obtaining the Thailand Pass. Participants share their experiences with various insurance providers, caution against policies that don't cover all potential risks, and emphasize the importance of adequate coverage to avoid complications upon entering Thailand.
hi Garry , on your insurance did it state how much does it cover? On the one I got from admiral is states that I do have coverage for COVID but not how much (Thai authorities require to show coverage for at least 50k USD on the insurance)
hi Gary, just to clear any confusion I have.. you're sat in BKK airport by the Thai authorities denying your entry, sending you back? Or you completed your trip and you're flying back?
Problem with a lot of them it doesnt cover you if you end up sitting next to someone who has a positive test even though yours is negative. You have to do a full quatantine then.
