I'm sorry for the silly question i might just be overthinking it, are they simply asking me to send any other documents that might help prove my work ? (freelancer with no official registered buisness) 

does anyone have any idea  what kind of documents could help me with that section? (have already provided client contracts etc)?

I sadly cannot help you with anything, but I also want to apply for the DTV and I'm in a similar situation like you are (freelancer with no official registered business). Would love to hear what exactly you sent them at the beginning and if you get approved. Good luck and fingers crossed!

hi vici! for the freelancer section of the documents i provided them with my portfolio, my website which shows my works, rates and contact email etc. emails showing my work process with clients and how they approach me for jobs, samples of my previous works (as i am a designer i showed my designs, design work with clients, physical merchendise sold at shops with my designs on it) and some contracts with companies ive worked with (freelancer work so its only a contract for one project not anything long term). seems like they are okay with it but would like more documents to elaborate on what i do. i will let you know through DM if it got accepted ! good luck to you too :)

yup! I wrote a brief statement saying specifically that I want to spend longer time in Thailand (so they don't give me METV) and why, as well as agreeing that I will not be working with any Thai based entities. On the statement page I added my signature
