Hey, I just got a reply:

Other request documents: Employment contract or employment certificate in their country or professional portfolio showcasing digital nomad, remote worker, foreign talent or freelancer status

I have my own abn (Australian business number) for 15 years, running a small web design agency. In my cover letter I gave them a link to my business website (portfolio is at the bottom). I also attached some recent invoices showing the work completed.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking advice on additional documentation to provide for their Thai visa application as a freelancer. They have submitted their business website and invoices but have been asked for further proof of employment or freelance status. Comments from the community suggest that they should send their business registration document and possibly include a letter explaining their status as a business owner rather than an employee, emphasizing that the Thai authorities prefer straightforward documentation.

This is Thailand. They will check the documents if they are satisfactory. That means everything has to be simplified and straightforward. They are NOT going to go any websites or look up info elsewhere. Just send them your registration number and if needed explain who you are at the company.

Send them your business registration where your name. And additional download a letter where you explain that owner can't have employment contact.
