I will be doing visa run again on 29th May(border) and 30th May to Thai consulate in Savanakhet, Laos. Actually i have been there two times already last year ( In Feb and In May '17) and also three times to Vientiane(Thai consulate). This time i ll be going to Savanakhet again, will there be any problem? Will i get visa? Or Warnings? Please your advice would be grateful to me.

Vientiane is hands down one of the busiest thai consulates in S/E Asia and probably does 2 or 3 times the number of applicants that any consulate does in a day.
It's because the don't require any proof of onward travel, proof of funds or proof of a hotel booking.
Remember the thai consulate in Savannakhet has been known to ask for proof of 20k baht in a bank account from some people when applying for a tourist visa.
Between May 2016 and January of this year, the consulate at Savannakhet have given me five T Visas and 1 Non-b Visa. I now have a new passport with no visible TV's. It has been a good run but there are no guarantees in the future. I'll be heading back there in 3 weeks, the baguettes are great in Savannakhet, and the Savan Phattana guesthouse (3 kms south of the consulate) is a favourite (300-400 bt a night).
To give you the visa and/or the warning stamp is the decision of the person in the consulate or embassy. You have to meet their requirements and file the papers. We can not guarantee that you will get a visa, we can only advice how to apply.
