Just something I was wondering about and maybe someone will have an answer. At the moment I have the yellow book which I obtained using my present address. What happens in respect of yellow book if I were to move to a new address. Does it just become invalid or can it be updated to a new address. Thanks for any help.

TLDR : Answer Summary
If you move to a new address in Thailand, you can update your yellow book with the new information rather than it becoming invalid. It is recommended to inquire at your new Amphur about their specific procedures for updating your address.

. Yep, in some time I have the same question I guess. Maybe for me it's a bit more easy, because now I am registered in the house of my girlfriend but I/we are building a new house about 50m further. So everything stays the same except for the house number. I just ask in my local Amphur where I got it from I think. Maybe ask your new Amphur how they handle that. Would be nice to know indeed. Little bit the same for my Thai drivers license. On the back is my address too 🤷‍♂️

Chang the new add simple. You can make a pink ID card using yellow book.
