I moved condo since I made my work permit. What is the process for updating my address with immigration, and more importantly how can I get it updated on my work permit?
Assuming I'll need to go to 2 different places (department of labour, and Chaeng wattana or whatever) and get a new copy of my current work permit, with my up to date address. Probably worth me mentioning that I live with my gf and she owns the place, so I don't have my name on any rental agreement or house book, so how do I prove that? (I pay the mortgage but she pays it first and I send or give her the cash, so my bank statement doesn't show any record of me paying the mortgage). Advice welcome. Thanks in advance.

TLDR : Answer Summary
To update your address with immigration and on your work permit in Thailand, first, complete a TM.28 change of address form at Chaengwattana, typically in the same section as the 90-day report. Make sure to have the complete new address and consider bringing your girlfriend's Thai ID, the house book, and a letter confirming your residence for added verification, since your name isn't on the rental agreement.
90 DAY REPORTING RESOURCES / SERVICES
Use the trusted Thailand 90 Day Reporting Serviceto get your in-person report done and mailed to you for as low as 375 THB (even if the online system doesn't work for you).

Go to Chaengwattana and file a TM.28 change of address form. You do it in the same room where you file a 90 day report (Section A). I don't think you'll need anything to do it other than the complete address where you moved to.
BUT
just to be safe I'd say get a copy of your g/f's thai i/d the house book listing for where you're staying and a note from her that you live there.
As far as changing your address on your work permit hopefully someone more versed in those things will weigh in with what to do.
Well, it's got my old address on it, and something I'm trying to do requires that I get a copy of the owners house book. Which needs to match the address on my permit.
mine wasn’t. I just had my work address for a similar reason this guy had. I was in a hotel when I applied for my permit so we used the companies address. When I moved, I never changed and HR didn’t say it had to be. They just cancelled that permit 2 May and no problems faced. I still speak that with the people there.
