What are the steps for a UK citizen on a marriage extension of stay when moving to a new address in Thailand?

Visa related question. 

UK citizen British passport on yearly marriage extension of stay issued at Government Center Building B, Chaengwattana Road. Div 1. 

We are moving to wife’s home in her hometown Mae Lan Pattani. 

We know we have to self isolate for 14 days due to the Covid-19 situation. 

And have to report/ inform local immigration on the new app (section38) that we have already registered and used before. 

Is that it.!! until my Extension yearly renewal in 2021. 

As this will be our new permanent address. Or do I at some point before that renewal date of 2021 go to the local office.

Can I do 90 day reporting online as I’ve always done in BAngkok or do I have to go to the local immigration office. Just don’t know if 90 day reporting is live all over Thailand 

I would have thought there would be some kind of process of registering your new permanent address or is the section 38 app doing that job. 

Just concerned I start off on the right foot in a new area/province.

once you file the TM30 for that new address you use that address AND that immigration office for your 90 day reporting AND for your yearly extensions from then on

You go file a TM30 with the immigration office when you show up down at that address, OR she gets a log in / pasword for the TM30 online program for that address (seeing as they are address specific) and registers you online.

Then you do your 90 day reporting using THAT new address, and you get your extension of stay down there at that immigration office

just a little confused as phone app says section 38 and you are mentioning TM30 so can the TM 30 be done in the Section 38 app?

hi Tod thanks for swift reply. So can use the Section 38 phone app. To do that then? And get my new EofS down there when this one I got in BKK expires Feb 2021
