Hello everyone!

I currently have a study visa and have been in Thailand for 8 months. In 4 months my study visa will expire. I meet the requirements for a DTV visa. What should I do? Can I get the DTV visa myself or would it be better to get it from a consulting firm?

Thank you very much in advance.

Best regards 🙏

Answer summary

The user is currently on a study visa in Thailand which will expire in four months. They are eligible for a DTV visa and are seeking advice on whether to apply for it themselves or through a consulting firm. Comments suggest that applying for the DTV visa independently is feasible and could save money, assuming the user meets the necessary criteria.

Anonymous participant Good Luck with that. As the DTV Visa is NOT 🚫 for language study. That is why there's the Ed Visa for language study.

If you meet the criteria do it yourself.

I don't want to make a mistake and prolong the process. I also think that the mediation will not be too expensive. so it would be better for me to do it with someone who knows.
