Looking for advice my mother and uncle have flown into thailand over the past couple of days and were requested to download and app and monitor their health via this app everyday. However the app is now broken and we don't know what to do or who to contact regarded this matter. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. ! :)

TLDR : Answer Summary
An expat seeks advice on how to handle the issue of a malfunctioning health monitoring app required by Thai authorities upon arrival. Given that it is the weekend, many suggest patience and recommend writing down the required health data while waiting for the app to resume functionality.

Write the needed data on a piece of paper and see if it works later.

As it is weekend, there are not much people to be contacted

I arrived on the 19th, the app kept crashing on my phone when I tried to install it at the airport, so they just gave me a piece of paper to fill out and sent me through immigration anyway. I was never given any instructions or alternative means to report symptoms to them. I think they've just rushed it out and probably aren't really checking so not worth panicking over, but probably wise to follow the advice above.

It's Saturday, and I imagine the system is overloaded. I'd hit the refresh button on the app (or swipe up?). It should eventually work again.

Nobody as it more than likely will not be checked anyways.
