TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is concerned about their impending visa expiration after receiving a 7-day stamp due to a failed extension application. Community members advised the user to seek an emergency letter from their embassy for a possible extension due to travel difficulties caused by COVID-19, and emphasized the urgency of acting before the expiry date.
You didn't have the embassy letter when you went on Mar 24th to apply for an extension AFTER you already had your first 30 day extension so you got the "application for extension not approved" 7 day stamp to get out of thailand.
You need the embassy letter to go back and apply for the "unable to travel due to covid-19" extension of up to 30 days.
As the stamp say: holder must leave the Kingdom not later than 1 April.
the Kingdom is the county of Thailand.
If you have some problems to find a flight to leave Thailand before 1 April, you need to contact your Embassy for an emergency letter, which is needed to get a short Extension of Stay.
