I’m hoping someone can help me. I’ve submitted payment for my visa twice. I had to resubmit a document the second time. When I made payment my bank denied it thinking it may be fraud. Now I have pending payment showing on the visa site. I cannot find where to make it again. Do I have to submit another application and try to pay again?

Click "all applications" and then use the right arrow to see the off screen options. Then you will see where to resubmit the payment info.

It will say pending payment until it clears the receivers bank even if it has left your bank account
