I’m hoping someone can help me. I’ve submitted payment for my visa twice. I had to resubmit a document the second time. When I made payment my bank denied it thinking it may be fraud. Now I have pending payment showing on the visa site. I cannot find where to make it again. Do I have to submit another application and try to pay again?

It will say pending payment until it clears the receivers bank even if it has left your bank account
