What should I do if my e-visa application is stuck in payment pending status?

Using the e-visa system, my e-appointment has passed and our apps are stuck in payment pending. For some reason I can’t change the e-appointment date now. I’ve tried paying twice but it won’t go through. Anyone else have this problem? Any advice? I left a voicemail at the embassy and sent an email but haven’t heard back.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is experiencing issues with their e-visa application, which is stuck in payment pending after their e-appointment has passed. They cannot change the appointment date and have attempted to pay twice without success. Comments suggest deleting the application to restart the process if the payment hasn't gone through, and trying a different browser for the payment.

I did that as well and saw error message that said can process payment after date of e-appointment but it was automatically set for me and I can’t change it. On either browser

Nope. Have you checked whether payment has left your bank account.
