Hi guys, I applied for my visa but it’s come back saying screenshots are not accepted for proof of where I’m staying and my flight tickets? How else am to do this🙈. Thanks in advance

Download the genius scan app onto your phone, use it to scan each pics, documents etc ( singularly unless you want a multi page pdf or JPEG) send by email to yourself before sending you can choose type of document you want PDF etc and it’s size. This app is free, easy to use and useful. Hope that helps you or anyone else with same issue. Have a grand holiday.
I just did it recently and got my visa. Here was my situation. I had to resubmit a few times because they didn’t accept the photos I’ve sent. First time, had friend took a photo of me outdoor with my cell phone. They didn’t accept saying it didn’t have a white background. Second time, had a friend took a photo of my with my cell phone at my house with white walls. They didn’t accept it and said it needed to be a professional photo. Third time, I went to a passport place and paid for them to take my photo. They sent me the jpeg image cut of just my face similar to passport photo. I submitted and they accepted it.
Had old man moment sent ordinary photos thought I'd screwed up but low and behold yippee I'm here just sent a flight number approximately 10 days ahead maybe I was lucky but that's Australia for you
Use claude to convert them into an acceptable format (just ask claude to handle it for you). It can turn a bunch of files into one long PDF file with everything chronologically one after the other. No questions asked & its clean for the embassy to read through
It's soooooo difficult to apply on line and I have given up. My PP photo was Always too big and everything downloaded was not accepted. I nearly got a nervous breakdown
Charlimo Sawadee strange, probably a few million+ people do it themselves online, but you do have to have basic computer literacy to do things like combining multiple page images or generating pdf files to match the file length and format limitations of their requirements.
Scan your documents and send as jpg files. For passport do a selfie (their suggestion) save to photos - drag and drop in relevant section. Did this all earlier this week and accepted
Look I am an old man and not particularly IT literate. The key is apply early for your visa and take your time. You can fill in a section at a time - save it and return a couple of days later. I rushed my first application and it was returned because of mistakes. They clearly pointed out what was wrong and how to fix it. From first application to granting of visa 7 days - and that included the weekend. If you think Thailand is difficult don’t think about going to India 🇮🇳 😳
