What should I do if my Thai e-visa application is stuck at pending approval?

I applied for thai e visa from pakistan using thai embassy Islamabad Pakistan
Actually it was applied by a visa agent and i provided all the details and documents on 22nd June.
He said that he applied
Now its been 15 working days and i am still at pending approval.
What should i do i even called the embassy and they are not helplful
I told the agent to cancel my process i want to do it myself and now he is saying that he emailed on 11 july
Will my visa request get cancelled on monday or is there any chances that it will be released?
Help me out.

I suggest you don't cancel suddenly, so as not to affect your second application.

You complicated the situation - you should've let the visa continue processing. My visa took 5 weeks for approval and sometimes it can take longer. There's now a chance that they will cancel the application and you'll be forced to start over. If you can call the consulate and agent first thing Monday morning and tell them to disregard the email/ that you'll like to continue processing, perhaps you'll have a chance, but no guarantee at this point.

You do realize that in many embassies it takes 4-8 weeks to process a DTV?
