I applied my DTV on 14th February 2025 from Islamabd, Pakistan, it shows processing, pending document check from that date. Is there any way I can communicate with the embassy as dates for my planned travel arriving soon.

Are you Pakistani? If so, it will probably take 45+ days for review. From the few others on here who applied via Islamabad, I believe they all were rejected.
