What should I do if my retirement visa application is missing from my online account in Thailand?

Hi all. A week ago I completed my retirement visa application online for a trip I will taken September. I took a day off in between submitting information and have no problem continuing my application and then finally completing it.

This morning I went to check my application and it does not exist in my account on their website.

This seems very strange because when I logged out On a couple of occasions, I was able to return to complete my application.

Now there's nothing there to review, complete, etc.

My wife is already in Thailand plans to contact the embassy in Bangkok on Monday before I resubmit the entire application.

Has anyone else dealt with a glitch like this recently?

Thanks
Answer summary
The user completed their retirement visa application online but later found it missing from their account. Despite previous successful logins to continue the application, there were no records available upon return. Comments suggest checking application status, logging out and clearing the browser cache, and verifying payment. Users recommend patience due to possible system glitches or maintenance during the weekend.

At the risk of exposing my stupidity, I posted a similar message over the weekend. What I found was that I had uploaded my old passport rather than my new, current one. Though I can't be sure, I assume that is the reason that the application died. The other possibility was that I missed the final step for payment because it is not intuitively placed on the website... But I have to say, I thought I had done the payment but I could be wrong.

Thankfully, my wife in Thailand will now take over all customer service related problems in the future. Hope that helps.

If you did not submit payment, start over.

Thanks for all the suggestions. The thing is, I'm able to log into my account and my personal account details are there. But there is neither an incomplete or complete application. I'll wait till after the weekend to see if something changes, but it is very strange.

It's the weekend and they usually do maintenance, this could be the issue. The other thing is if you're not using web browser on a PC, maybe you're not seeing the whole page and you have to scroll over to the right or left.

Thanks for the reply. I'll try clearing the browser. It's odd that less than one week ago after setting up my account online and submitting most of my information, I was able to log back in and continue the application with the save details before completing it. and seeing it saved. Been logging in this morning and seeing no application, incomplete or complete or any other details other than my account info on the site. I know logic applies less and less these days, but it does seem odd that my information was not saved even if I somehow omitted a final item prior to submitting the application.

Lee Baron Sounds like you're not quite sure you saved it, but you do say you logged back in and saw what was previously saved. Very strange.

I assume when you click on the "Home" button in the upper left-hand corner, it doesn't show an "Incomplete" visa request? If not, it does sound like you didn't save it.

Then again, I seem to recall some offline/maintenance message on the e-visa site fairly recently - could be there was a glitch,,,,,,,

Try logging out, clearing your browser cache and logging in again. If it still doesn't show it sounds like you did not save it. Contacting your embassy in bangkok is unlikely to do anything. Have you read the application guide available on the evisa website?
