What should I do if the verification link for my Thai visa application doesn't work?
EDIT- Thank you everybody for your help! Problem solved- using an Outlook or hotmail email account then it won’t work. I’ve tried it with a Google email and it worked!! 😁
Hello, I am having a problem with setting up my account for Thai visa application.
I entered my details and received the email with the link to verify my email, but when I click or copy the link it does not work and this is the message I am shown. Has anyone had this problem before and know how to fix it? I’ve tried having the link resent but the new link still has the same problem. I’ve also tried making a different account with a different email address but still have the same problem.
Thank you 🙏

Answer summary
A user experienced issues with verifying their email link while setting up an account for a Thai visa application. Despite receiving a verification email, the link did not work. Community members suggested various solutions, including using a different email provider, retyping the email address instead of pasting, ensuring the cursor placement was correct, and even altering the format of the email address (like adding a dot in Gmail). Eventually, the user found success by using a Google email account.

I had this problem, I ended up signing up with another email account and it worked fine 🤷♂️Niclas ***********
Do you get same URL every time or you can't request a new one?

yes it’s the exact same URL. There’s no option to request a new one, just resend the same link. I also tried signing up with a different email and the URL sent to that one was ask exactly the same! I’m wondering if it’s a temporary issue with the verification URL 🤔Niclas ***********

seems like. :/

Watch out when you enter details, the cursor sometimes is one space ahead to the right. You need to make it go full left. Took me ages to find that out.

which details are you referring to? The email is correct as I have received verification emails from them. This error message appears directly when I click the link they sent to my email, I’m not actually inputting any details

Try typing the email in again, don't paste it in.

it’s not the email that I have to put in, it’s a verification link that is sent to my email which I am trying to follow. It says to click on the link which takes me to this page in the picture, I have also tried to copy the link into my web browser and it takes me to the same as above. When I input my email and password into the boxes to try and sign in, it just tells me I need to follow the verification link in my email which takes me round in a circle to this error message again 🤔
