TLDR : Answer Summary
A COVID extension application at Laem Ngop (Koh Chang) was refused due to a mismatch between the address on the landlord's ID card and the address of the hotel listed on the TM.30 form, prompting a query about the next steps after such a refusal.

And what did you do when they refused the COVID-19 on that reason?

contacted the landlord but they are confused as to why this is a problem. Official says we have to return another day. Will try again elsewhere to save another 3hr round trip.

And why didn't you disagree with the immigration officer on their decision?

Sadly, you can not pick and choose your immigration office. If there are multiple immigration offices in Trat that can help you, then you can any immigration office.
