TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired about the next steps regarding their Non-Immigrant visa, which is valid until August 21 but allows them to stay only until May 13. A commenter suggested that if the visa is a year-long multi-entry type, the user may qualify for an amnesty allowing them to remain until July 31, should they travel to the border for a new 90-day stamp.

Is it a year long multi-entry Non-Immigrant Type visa? The kind where you are stamped in for 90 days and then go to the border and bounce and back to get a new 90 day stamp?

If so, you will automatically qualify for the amnesty and allowed to stay no longer than the 31st of July.

That way if the borders open up before the visa expires you can bounce out and back to get a new 90 day entry stamp
