Hi, all the think are a bit confusing, I just call Phang Nga immigration to know how should I procede with my visa "under consideration stamp" which say I have to come in person on the date that are write on it (11 May) ..and the lovely girl say that I have to wait until the April 30 for a new annoncement!! ..

I guess I should renew this "Underconsideration..." for an "extention of stay" and the stamp has nothing to do with the "extended Amnesty which will extended until july 31...I am right?

but, I was reading somewhere that soon you've got a flight, you have 7 days to leave the country, is that right too?

Trying to book a flight to an affordable price, but I don't want to be wrong with all this stamp story..

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking clarification on what to do next regarding their visa, specifically the 'Under Consideration' stamp set to expire on May 11. They have been advised by immigration to wait until April 30 for further announcements and are unsure whether they need to renew this stamp for an extension of stay. Additionally, the user is confused about the rules regarding having to leave the country within 7 days of booking a flight.

I would still show up at that immigration office on the date your under consideration stamp expires (May 11) to get the "extension of stay" second part of that stamp which completes the loop on the process.

I don't care what they say I would go if it was ME

And yes you will be covered on the as yet not passed into law new amnesty program that will allow you to stay not longer than the 31st of July

Dunno where you were reading that flight out b/s but there is NOTHING written in the rules that states that. I think you're confused by another clause in the rules about people from Cambodia, Lao and Burma who got stuck in the country while they were here on day passes. Once the borders open THEY have 7 days to go back to their country.
