Hi, I have a specific situation here so would like some advice -
I am currently on a non-B visa which is valid till June 2021. However on this visa type I technically need to leave the country every 90 days and fly back in.
Went into the muang thong Thani setup with a letter from my embassy asking for either a 90 day exemption stamp or an extension to whatever they may give. Was sent back saying we are not sure what we can do.
Since my visa is not expiring, and the thai immigration won't give me the 90 day exemption stamp UNTIL there's more news, I'm not sure what I should do? I have a letter from the embassy that states my residence proof, passport details and visa details, any proficient advice would be much appreciated!
TIA
TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking advice regarding their Non-B visa, which is valid until June 2021, while facing challenges in obtaining a 90-day exemption stamp from Thai immigration. Despite having a letter from their embassy confirming their residency, they were informed that immigration could not assist them until further notice. A comment indicates that the only visa extension available for this category is a one-year extension based on employment, which is not handled at Muang Thong Thani.
