Hi all! It seems, that the new Tm30 registration system wasn't synchronized with the old system. If I search my old file from 2022 in the new system I cannot find it. The App was working until Friday but doesn't anymore! Does my wife (house owner) have to file a new Tm30 on the new system with the old data (if it works), or does the Immigration still have access to the old files? If so, i still have some printscreen copies of my old file for my next extension in December. Thank you!!

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user is inquiring about the new TM30 registration system, expressing concerns that their old TM30 registration from 2022 is not accessible in the new system. They want to know if their wife, the house owner, needs to file a new TM30 with the old data, and if the immigration office still has access to their previous records. Commenters indicate that as long as they have a filed TM30 from the old system and a printout of it, there is no need to refile, and they should be fine for future visa extensions.

You are correct, this new TM30 website can't access the data from the old one

BUT

with that being said as long as you have a TM30 filed (even with the old system) and a print of that you're good. They did not say we had to refile when they changed the system, only that going FORWARD we had to use the new one

You should be fine with your existing TM30 receipt (screen grab)

confirmed.

"Old" TM30 filed online at the former webpage is ok. Did my yearly Non O extension on 21.9. with a screenshot of this TM30 and all was accepted at Phuket immigration.
