Got to very end of online Thai visa application in the Uk and I can’t submit it, arrgghh! The warning message says select an application from list but there’s only 1 application there and I seem unable to select it. Help! Spent all day on this so far. X

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user encountered an issue while trying to submit their Thai visa application online, receiving a message indicating they needed to select an application from the list, despite only one application being available. Community members provided suggestions to resolve the issue, such as checking the application status, adjusting the date filters, and ensuring the correct visa type was selected. Others shared their own experiences with the online system and advised on the in-person submission process.

I got my visa last week and it took a day to fill in the online part then once accepted I got a date and time (a Friday) which was 10 days later as nothing was available earlier. Queued for 30 mins handed documents over counter and told to come back on Monday between 11 & 12 to collect it. Whilst I was there 2 people turned up to try and get a visa there and then and where turned away. Apparently airlines are now also declining boarding if your return flight is more than 30 days and you don’t have a visa or proof of an onward flight before the 30 days. Just thought I’d share my experience.. good luck everyone 👍

You had to go in person to get the visa? I thought it was all done via mail and the postal system

Just in case this might help you.

I had this problem when I tried to submit a non O-A visa application for my fiance. I read someone's comment here from a non-related post and got the answer---I incorrectly chose 'self-employed' instead of 'retired' as it was a retirement visa.

This is why I chose to drive 340 mile round trip to Hull because I didn’t want this hassle of the online system after reading everyone’s posts about the trouble they are having. Good luck, hope you get it sorted!!

Sue, when you go to the list of applications:

1) make sure that you have chosen the right application "Status" (Completed if you have done all the steps)

2) set the "From" date to a date in the past (maybe from before you ever created an account on the system just to be sure)

3) set the "To" date to today

Hopefully you'll see your application.

4) If you see it then select the application tick box then click the "Submit Visa Application" button at the bottom of the list.
