What should I do if my appointment at the Department of Consular Affairs was canceled due to flooding?
I was suppose to have an appointment today with the Department of Consular Affairs, Chaeng Watthana office. Do I wait for them to call me to reschedule? Or just show up on the 30th and hope they give me an appointment. My fiance and I flew from Udon for this appointment and I have to fly back to the USA next week.

Also, was this for a Same Day Express Thai Passport?? as only at Chaeng Wattana ( DCA HQ ) will they issue Same Day Express Thai Passports for all Thai Passport Offices across Thailand, and Same Day Express Thai Passports are still be issued (operating) even though everything else is closed for the Flooding Special Public Holiday
