ORIGINAL POSTERI have had a retirement visa for 10 years until November 2019. I live in Cm and was refused my visa for lack of funds. I am American and I went to Vientiane to get a tourist visa and just got a 30 day visa extension. I need to make an appointment again for Vientiane and forgot my password. I tried to get a new password and was suspended from making an appointment. I sent them an online message asking for help and received no answer. What is my next step in making the appointment there. I am good for time till February 18th. Thankyou

Do not go to Savannakhet. They are not granting back to back Tourist Visas.Savannakhet
Tourist Visa, apply if you stayed less than 90 days in past 6 month (they count time spend under any visa), show own Thai Book Bank with balance THB 20,000.- up OR print out from your Bank account from home country value USD 700.-up. Onward air ticket or Rental Contract not required.
Please ensure that your submitted documents are real.

Then I will put in 400,00 baht in my account and since I am getting married in 2 months I want to stay with my wife. After I get tourist visa I will go get marry visa after it expires in Savannakhet. Then after a month or two I will have the money in my account

If you return to US, seek an O-A visa if you can prove health insurance.

your situation is not unlike many others caught with change of US Embassy stopping issuing the Annual Affidavit of Income Letter.May I ask what is your plan going forward?
While you may get a second Tourist Visa from Vientiane, that gives you up to 90 days with extension.
After which you could do two land border runs during 2020...plus 30 days extensions ...gives you added 4 months.
That's up to 7 months more in Thailand.
Beyond that I doubt you will be able to get another visa in SE Asia.

will Vientiane give the OP, an American, a second Tourist Visa back to back. He has been on Extension of Stay for prior 10 years.Vientiane
Tourist Visa, if you had previously some Tourist visas your application will be considered more carefully.
Vientiane is now asking for proof of funds, Book Bank with balance THB 20,000.- up OR print out from Bank account from home country value USD 700.-up.
Onward air ticket is not required, but prepare Rental Contract.

I have seen people receiving a second back to back Tourist Visa, but at the moment , no one can confirm. It is up to the Officer in the Thai Embassy. You can apply, in case you get denied you can get the 30 day entry stamp.
