TLDR : Answer Summary
In Thailand, it's advisable to apply for your 90-day report online at least 15 days before the due date. Some commenters noted that applications made within 7 days of the due date may face rejection, emphasizing the importance of applying within the recommended time frame. If an application is rejected or if you don't receive a confirmation email within 3 hours, it's suggested to cancel and resubmit the application. Ultimately, if you're close to the due date, visiting the local immigration office may be necessary.

Thanks, but i reported online and was approved the next day.

I've done it. If rejected or no acceptance email comes within 3 hours then cancel the submission and redo it, wait a few hours and see if the acceptance email comes.

In my experience it gets denied if I don’t do it 15 days before or 1-2 days later. Remember you MUST apply in person the first 90 days report after a trip back from abroad.

I returned to Thailand mid September and tried the 90 day report online last week. It was accepted right away (Udon Thani Immigration)

, be sure your report is "approved", not "accepted". And status on the system is not "pending".

I've just yesterday been rejected for my 90 day online application, done the first one at the office and then this one would be the first online one, done my one within the time frame but it was rejected and said I need to go to local office

The online timeframe is now from 15 days before to not less than 7 days before

No downside to try to see it's approved or not. But many offices allow 90 days report "within 15 days and not less than 7 days before the due date of notification". Be ready for this. If your application is rejected, you have until 7 days later to report at the local immigration office.
