My 90 day report date is during my time out of the country - do I need to let immigration know that I am absent? Take flight details to them, etc? Thanks ๐

TLDR : Answer Summary
If you are required to do a 90-day report but will be out of Thailand when it's due, you do not need to report while you are absent. Your reporting obligation resets upon your return; you will have to report 89 days from the date you re-enter Thailand. It is important to have a re-entry permit if you plan to leave the country.

90 day reporting works like this
IF you're on a visa/extension that requires 90 day reporting and you're in thailand for 90 days you report
IF you leave thailand before the 90 day report due date, you don't report and when you return to the country your next 90 day report is due 89 days from the date you stamp in.

Nope, just leave as normal, and when you come back, day 1 is the day you arrive, so report 89 days after that.
