Lost my little white slip for 90 day reporting. Plus didn't report last time as covid was in full flow. Will I require a police report for the slip at Chang Wattana? Anybody know how strict they are on this at the moment?

TLDR : Answer Summary
If you have lost your white slip for 90-day reporting, it's recommended to visit the Chang Wattana immigration office to file a new report. You may have to pay a fine of 2,000 Thai baht for late filing, but they can retrieve your previous information from their records. It's uncertain if a police report is necessary, as other users have reported not facing issues when they lost their slips.

Lost mine one time and didnt have any problem at CW when filing the next 90 days. The officer did warn me to be more carefull.

Ages ago I also lost the slip while doing my extension and I was at CW, they hassled me to know which airline and day I flew and magically after paying the fine they showed me a print out of the information. Give it a try and since CW is not so busy I’m sure they can do it quick.

I got the report done in a local police station. Took ten minutes and was free.

Ah. I would but I'm also doing my one year non b visa and the officer has told me to do it before she signs the stamp.

Suggest you go to CW and file a new 90 day report and may be fined 2,000 Thai baht for late filing.

CW will have in their computer your last 90 day report information.
