TLDR : Answer Summary
The 90-day reporting office in Bangkok has moved to the Muang Thong Thani building, and appointments are not required. Recent visitors have reported that the location is quiet and efficient, although some have noted difficulties in finding the place due to construction.

Just to update . Went this morning and it was super quiet and very quick . Maybe the rain kept people away 🤨

Glad it worked out well for you.

The biggest complaint seems to be that it's tough to actually find the place :O
