90 Day Reporting..

Just wanted to ask in here about the 90 day report?

What is needed for me to print and bring on the day? As well as what do I need to request from my landlord?

I will be living in Nonthaburi area. So hopefully the wait times aren't as bad.

TLDR : Answer Summary
For your 90-day reporting in Thailand, you will need to prepare several documents to bring with you on the reporting day. Generally, you should bring your passport, and it may be necessary to have copies of your visa, your last entry stamp, your personal data page, and the TM30 form. You will also need to fill out the TM47 form. Requirements can vary by immigration office, so checking with your local office for any specific requirements is advisable, especially since rules can change frequently. Additionally, from your landlord, make sure to request the TM30 form, which registers your address with immigration.

Check local requirements but minimum is TM30 completed and a TM47 form filled in. That is all I need in Chiang Mai but some offices require more.

If you don't wish to have to go anywhere, consider Thai Visa Centre. 500 THB for single or 375 THB for 'bulk' 90 day reporting includes EMS tracked secure postage. Agent physically visits immigration office, resolving any issues to ensure your report is accepted.

As you can read Thailand has no rules, regulations and laws.

Every rules change every minute, NO ADVICE possible as the rules changed twice while typing this. Some daydreamers use this excuse after fafo with their own rules.

You visit your local Immigration office between day 75 and 97, day of arrival is day 1.

You do the count.

Bring your passport and your "receipt of notification" or print out after your address is registered at that Immigration Office.

As already said requirements change and not every immigration office is the same.

You always have to take your passport, somteimes this is enough.

You may need as extra:

copy of your visa

copy of last entry stamp passport

copy of passport personal data

copy TM30

filled in form TM47, also available at immigration office
