Hi, I'm applying in London for a DTV via the eVisa site, but I cant get beyond the travel information screen because the site wants a flight number, which I dont have because I havent bought a ticket.

Any advice please? Or should I email the embassy?

Look up whatever flight there is and enter the flight nr accordingly. Same like for accommodation. Just put a major hotel name like Grand Hyatt Erawan.
