Hello all,

In the process of doing the eVisa for DTV. There are two questions in the eVisa. 1. flight details and 2. accommodation details. I haven't booked either yet. Is this a show-stopper for my application? Do I NEED these 2 pieces of information before I can submit my eVisa DTV for consideration?

Cheers all.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The requirement for flight and accommodation details in the DTV eVisa application may vary by embassy. Some embassies do not require physical proof of booking. However, it is important to check the specific requirements of the embassy to which you are applying.

Doesn’t it ask for flightnumber, and not for a actual flightticket ?

Won’t you have accommendation for at least a couple of days ?

I'd prefer to have the Visa first before I book flights/accommodation.

They do say in the application don't apply more than 3 months prior to travelling.

You don’t need to book a flight, to provide a flightnumber.

Could book a hotel, which is full refundable.

So no problem to provide the informations in the application.

Depends on the embassy you are applying to. Some do not require physical proof of flights and accommodation.
