Go in the pending application folder. Change the search by date, as off the top of my head, it only looks for items in this calendar month. Set date back for say 8 months and search again. You then delete each previous attempt separately.

In the application, you MUST put something in each question with a red asterisk or you cannot move on.

The system only allows you to apply 3 months ahead of your travel date.

I cannot say if they will issue you a visa with no confirmation of a flight. They want to know a travel pland and they do ask for flight and accomodation bookings which you need too scan to the system further in the booking.
