Hey is anyone facing this issue?

I was trying to apply for DTV online from UAE. 

At the payment gateway, I received this message (refer to image)

I tried creating a new application and doing it all over again, same error.

Pls help, TIA

Just an idea…. Have you considered using a VPN? Maybe world pay is being funny with being in the UAE. Not sure at all if that would work

Anonymous participant VPN is blocking me completely. No access to the page. It says contact the merchant - so I’m guessing something with payment gateway is off in the UAE?
