What should I do if I'm unable to complete my 90-day report online due to a system error indicating I'm on overstay?

Afternoon all, I hope everyone is keeping safe.

I've been trying to do my 90 day report on the website and app but have been coming across this notification. I'm not on an overstay as my extension of stay is valid until the end of October. I've also done multiple 90 day reports in person at MTT. 

Am I doing something wrong or just unlucky?
