Apologies if this question has been asked but there is so much information circulating right now that it is difficult to find a direct answer. I am on a non-o visa based on marriage to a Thai, I did my first out/in border crossing about a month ago so I have approximately 60 days left until I need to go again.

The borders are likely to still be closed by then and movement restricted. Should I be doing something now? what is the procedure for someone on this visa type?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking advice on what to do as they approach the expiration of their Non-O visa based on marriage to a Thai person. They are concerned about potential travel restrictions and border closures. One commenter suggests applying for a 60-day visa extension at an immigration office, which costs 1,900 baht and does not require proof of funds. However, there are differing interpretations of the extension rules among immigration offices, making it essential to check with their specific office for the accurate procedure.

Okay, ONE thing I wanna stress again about that 60 day visit thai family extension is how different immigration offices interpret the rule.

SOME offices allow you to get a 60 day visit thai family extension once per ENTRY <- meaning you could get it on EVER 90 day entry of a multi-entry Non-O visa for the whole year.

BUT

SOME offices allow you to get a 60 day visit thai family extension only once per VISA <- meaning you can get it ONCE on any of the 90 day entries from a multi-entry Non-O visa and then you're done getting it again until you go BUY a new visa from a consulate

CHECK WITH YOUR IMMIGRATION OFFICE

Well, 2 months left on your current stamp is a LONG time right now so I wouldn't start panicking.

IF that stamp is running out and you can't get out and back in to make a new 90 day entry you could always apply for the 60 day visit thai family extension based on marriage to a thai at the immigration office for 1900baht. It does not require proof of funds.

I would say hang tight, don't panic, and lets see what happens in the near future
