Should I apply Thai pass first or book the flights first, Test and Go, Phuket Sandbox little bit confusing can anyone explain the whole process so it's very helpful for me as well as anyone who's in the same boat Thak You.

You need to have everything booked and paid for before uploading it to the Thai Pass system. Pay for your flight, pay for your insurance, upload your vaccination QR code....you need a QR code for this, pay for your SHA hotels and upload both PDF files (you'll need two hotels). Then you'll need to register 'yourself' on the Thai pass system so you can get back in later to check your application. You'll also need a visa to visit Thailand, that I am not sure of for India.
